Dominic started working in the insurance industry in 1976 and previously held the positions of Chief Executive of Lloyd Thompson Ltd and Chairman of JLT Risk Solutions and JLT (UK) Ltd. He was a Director of Jardine Lloyd Thompson Group Plc from its formation in 1997 and a member of the JLT Group Executive Committee. He joined R K Harrison in 2007 as Group Chairman.
