On the 22nd April 2012 Alistair will be joining the other 30,000 runners, to run the 26.2 miles around the Virgin London Marathon Course for the British Heart Foundation.

RKH Charity Summer BBQ & Funday
A Family Fun Day was held by RKH's Bedford office with all proceeds donated to their nominated charities.
The event was a huge success and families and employees enjoyed a sunshine filled day of competitions, games and races.
A valuable point for MS Society
The Multiple Sclerosis Society received a £1,000 donation from RKH Group after being chosen by the wining team in the company's hotly contested annual London quiz night.
The team won the 100 question quiz by a single point.
New beds for local hospital
Two shiny new beds have been donated to Bedford Hospital by insurance brokers R K Harrison.
Stuart Rootham, managing director at RKH Insurance Services, said:
"I am very proud of our charity committee who have worked extremely hard throughout the year to raise money for Bedford Hospitals Charity."
RKH made a US$20,000 donation to the St. Baldrick's Foundation
St. Baldrick's Foundation is the world's largest volunteer-driven fundraising program for childhood cancer research. The donation was in honour of 4 clients shaving their heads as part of Expired Coverage:
