announce the formation of Bowood Insurance
Brokers Limited with effect from 1st October
2009, which will operate as the Group's
specialist delegated authority broker,
subject to certain regulatory approvals.

another significant milestone in our
financial year ending 30 June 2009, by
handling in excess of GBP 1,100,000,000 (1.1
billion) of premium income.

Award
The Reactions London Market Awards
took place on 30 June 2009 at the Grange
City Hotel in London, in front of 300 of the
biggest names from the insurance and
reinsurance underwriting and broking
industry. R K Harrison Insurance Brokers
Limited was presented with the prestigious
Best Insurance Broker award, an award judged
by an independent panel from the London
market.
